Tomb, Doctorate of Natural Health, has been active in the natural health and fitness industries for over a decade. She received her Doctorate from Clayton College of Natural Health. She owned a natural health store, Body and Soul, for six years while completing her Doctorate. She has also been a Parrillo certified personal trainer for over a decade that has made physical fitness a priority for her life. Sabra’s passion is to help empower people to take control of their health and fitness and to live the life they’ve imagined.

Sabra offers Holistic Wellness Sessions providing for you a holistic perspective of your current lifestyle. She empowers you to find new ways of incorporating healthier food and exercise choices for your life. You will receive natural health perspectives to create a more balanced lifestyle to look and feel better.

She also offers personal training sessions. You will receive instruction from her on the proper way of working out while she motivates you to increase your level of physical activity. She incorporates free weights, cardio, stretching, and core strengthening into your personalized program.
